Siri & Mike’s Montauk wedding day is one that I will never forget. In all of my years of being a wedding photographer, I have never had a wedding during a torrential storm- this was a first.

Their wedding was held at 360 East at Montauk Downs or as Long Islanders like to refer to it as “the end of the world, Montauk”. As I headed out there it was completely down pouring and I must admit I was nervous about where we might do their photos for the day.

Both Siri & Mike were in good spirits when I arrived and by a complete miracle, the rain had completely stopped by the time we were ready to do their first look. I was blown away! The rest of the day went off without a hitch. The rain help off until the exact moment we needed it to and their ceremony and reception was nothing short of perfect.

These two had been waiting months to finally tie the know with all of their closest friends and family and I can’t believe I was there to photograph it!
