Looking for a new place to do an engagement session in late spring early summer in Manhattan? Madison Square Park in the flat iron district is perfect!

Rebecca & Derek didn’t want to travel too far and this park is just right outside their apartment building. I was not expecting it to be so full of beautiful pink, blue, and purple hydrangeas. We did their session on a sleepy quite Sunday morning and it was perfect. Not a soul in sight except us and their two little pups.

We strolled around the quiet park and then made our way up to Central Park for a more classic NYC experience. Since these two are from Canada they were hoping to do something more iconic for their engagement and I can’t think of a better place!
